The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has charged Gabriel Saul Barron-Lange (Age 19 of Yucaipa) for a “hit-and-run” traffic collision in Yucaipa.
CASE SYNOPSIS
On Saturday, February 27, 2021, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department responded to Yucaipa Boulevard and 1st Street in Yucaipa regarding a “hit-and-run” traffic collision. During the investigation, Gabriel Saul Barron-Lange was arrested.
After reviewing this case, our office has charged Mr. Barron-Lange for violating the following section of the California Vehicle Code:
Vehicle Code Section 20001(b)(2) – HIT AND RUN DRIVING RESULTING IN DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY TO ANOTHER PERSON (Felony)
A person who violates subdivision (a) shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison, or in a county jail for not more than one year, or by a fine of not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by both that imprisonment and fine.
